Trouble shooting koneksi Internet Broadband & Dedicated

Konesi Internet Broadband : 

1. Konekkan kabel lan dari laptop ke modem port 1 atau akses Wifi Public-ext
   1. Jika Lan : Seting Ip di Laptop statik :192.168.1.2,mask : 255.255.255.0, gateway 192.168.1.1 , dns : 192.168.1.1 
2. Akses di browser : 192.168.1.1   ,  input user&password 
3. Tes Internet , jika tidak ada koneksi -> kontak CS

 Koneksi Dedicated :

1. Konekan  Lan dari modem ke Laptop
2. Seting Ip di laptop ke :  (klik kanan di icon network -> network configuration-> Change adapter option 
   •    klik ethernet icon -> klik propertis -> klik ip 4 version-> klik properstis-> seti ip manual : 
   •    IP          xxx.xxx..236.198
   •    Netwmask    255.255.255.192
   •    Gateway     xxx.xxx.236.193
   •    DNS : xxx.xxx..224.22
3. Tes Konesi Internet : 
   • jika Internet dapat diakses, Cek Router Utama
   • Jika Tidak ada akses Internet, Kontak CS
